The Dynastar Speed Zone 12 Ti has great qualities and is very reliable.

Overall performance is good. You can go fast on this ski, very fast in fact. The testers thought that the level of performance was excellent and that the ski inspired confidence. The Speed Zone 12 Ti “goes into the turn easily,” but it is not as snappy as other skis. Edge grip is solid, and the ski holds the line really well. The testers were particularly impressed by the ski’s ability to “finish the turn.”

The ski has a very progressive tip and flex that enable it to absorb uneven terrain, which the testers also really liked. It is a smooth ski that lets you ski fast without being thrown around.

It is very comfortable and intuitive in long turns, but the skier needs to be active to shorten the turn radius. Although the end of the turn is excellent, the testers were disappointed by the lack of rebound, which makes the ski feel less lively.

The Dynastar Speed Zone 12 Ti is easy, smooth, and a good performer. It will appeal to a wide range of skiers from advanced to expert.
