K2 Impact review 2013
PROSKILAB™ reviewers' comments
The Impact got a "Coup de coeur" from the ProSkiLab™ reviewers. It corresponds perfectly to the Intermediate ski criteria, in other words, it adapts to the lowest level but will still be there as the rider improves his or her technique. This model, which was called an "improving tool" by one of the reviewers, is a great success! We highly recommend the Impact for poor to good intermediate skiers, who'll enjoy this ski that's agreeable, easy to handle, versatile and performs well for this category. What more can you ask?
Review: Pros
- The incredible accessibility of the K2 Impact surprised the testers. The model is incredibly easy to handle and reassuring. When you step up the pace and move from skidded steering to more dynamic carve turns, the ski continues to hold well and to give its rider confidence. It's got the hold, and grips and performs well throughout the turn. The Impact is always comfortable and easy to handle and carves really well.
