Akin to a racing ski, the Fisher RC4 places the focus on performance. We would recommend it without the slightest hesitation to very good skiers and competition skiers looking for a diabolically effective platform to carve out long-radius turns at "full throttle".

Review: Pros

• Topping the group in its category, the Fisher RC4 WC RC is a straight-to-the-point, no-nonsense ski. As a giant Slalom ski, it is extremely aggressive, and designed to "rip". Featuring a very rigid platform, it displays impressive grip, holding fast regardless of the circumstances, even in the most radical turns. Its performance is nothing short of exceptional in long-radius turns, a manoeuvre in which it dominates its contenders.
• That said, because of its evenly distributed flex, it is still suitable for progressing skiers. Performance remains intact at moderate speeds and in more laid-back manoeuvres, and it is perfectly at ease in short-radius turns, but without the same level of performance it displays in wide turns

• The ski is similar to a racing ski, and requires the physical engagement and technical skill that a racing model demands to harness its full potential.
