Scott Venture review 2013
PROSKILAB™ reviewers' comments
The Scott Venture is an excellent ski that will suit good to very good, lighweight or medium-size skiers who're looking for a good pair of sticks for use on groomed runs, but which are also really easy to handle off-piste.
Review: Pros
- The Scott Venture stands out for its performance and easy handling off-piste. This highly manoevrable and docile ski "that can turn on its own" is a no-surprise, well-balanced all-mountain ski, even in more difficult snow conditions.
Review: Cons
- On the ski runs, this relatively flexible ski with a smaller than average radius is less at ease in wide-radius turns at high speeds. It's not a ski for heavier skiers or for maximum pressure.

Manufacturer's remarks
The perfect transition freeride ski for those with on-piste experience. The Venturi-Tip Rocker reduces snow friction, increases float, and gives the tip of the ski an ideal combination of float and agility. Snow friction is reduced without sacrificing control on steep descents.
