Blizzard Power 800 Suspension IQ review 2015

BEST SKI
Best ski 2015

PROSKILAB™ reviewers' comments

A true "Performance" ski, the Blizzard Power 800 S rips up the powder. The ski won over the reviewers in this demanding category thanks to its really strong character, despite the slight lack of accessibility and versatility. An excellent choice for good to very good, athletic and technically-oriented skier.

Review: Pros

  • An excellent and incisive performer
  • Agile and coasting
  • Excellent grip
  • Very fast and intuitive initiation

Review: Cons

  • Poor skid performance
  • Lacks comfort and accessibility
  • Requires lots of concentration

Manufacturer's remarks

The all mountain Power ski range is perfectly adapted to hard pack offering sensational edging and control. Generally narrower than skis from the X-Power collection, these skis are fast, agile and responsive when changing edges, letting you tackle all terrains with confidence. The IQ system that everyone has heard of, enhances energy transmission while reducing vibrations and effort.
