Elan SLX Fusion review 2016

Men's skis 2016 > Slalom Best Accessibility/Performance!

The SLX Fusion already scored very well in this category last year and once again stands out for its excellent combination of accessibility and efficiency.
We recommend this ski for average to good riders who want to enhance their performance, and good to excellent skiers looking for an athletic model, but one which is not over demanding in technical or physical terms.

More accessible but less efficient than the Dynastar Elite 11, the Insomnia just missed first place in this year’s reviews. The Ripstick is a good ski for the groomers but unfortunately is less convincing than some of its rivals that are similar to racing skis. It would have scored better in the "Men’s High-end" category where its big brother, the Amphibio... Read on

More physically and technically demanding than its rivals, Elan’s Inspire is nonetheless a good ski that we recommend for more athletic riders with good carving skills. Other riders will prefer a more accessible and lighter model.
